We in In spore every thing is suck. Any feedback?

Can i ask everyone router n ont need to on 24hr/7day? Can turn off when not using?

yes she get one of the manager to help up.
1. DVG router will be returned and i get a full refund
2 .waived off all charge from 28 sept till today.

Good leh. U bought dvg router and they refund u?
Do turn on 24hr? Is it ok to switch off when not using

Finally all good and working. So what was their problem? Direct ONT not activated that's all right?

By right, you are not allowed to turn off the ONT unless you are told to do so by the ISP.

Technically speaking if they do a upgrade of firmware or etc, your ont when off may not get the latest update.

Just like the SCV box, they will advise you to put into standby but not to switch off.

No such things. I always off it whenever I need to.

Esp the setup tv box. Off daily

There is no need to create 2 SSID if you want. There are pros and cons for either choice though.
