Waited for 30mins before I managed to speak to one... A lady. Doesn't know what's going on. Told me she has to check with her technical team and will hv to call me back. I will wait for her call if she calls eventually. Sh customer service s**ks.

Anybody experience this before? I signed up for the 200mbps plan and starhub is supposed to come and do the installation for the fibre but they called me up yesterday to inform that the appointment has to be cancelled because of some backend issues at Open Net. I oredi have the Tp and they are not able to tell me when they can come and do the installation. Just told me it all depends on open net.

is it a 2nd port activation? If so. likely its due to insufficient capacity, and therefore, welcome to the wait club of waiting between 3weeks to 6 months.

Renewed and signed up for the 200mb fiber.
During lunch yesterday, Starhub came and changed my ONT/MODEM to the new version Nucleus Connect which supports tel direct.

All was fine till suddenly after 4pm, all signals went dead. Basically the indicator lights were all out cept for power. Lost all internet and tel.

Called technical support at 7pm and 1030pm, they explained that they were preparing the upgrade (previously 100mb) back-end.

My question is .. What's taking them so damm long?

Status update: Its been 3 days since they last replaced my ONT/MODEM. But still no internet connection.

This is bad ... real bad. Been calling them .. and their only assistance is they are escalating the problem.

Hi,

Recently I have this problem.

My download speed is half of my upload speed.
I am using DIR 865L router from Starhub, and my USB wifi is TP Link WN821N

Any idea what I can do?
Using 2.4 ghz single band. 40mhz channel bonding.

As mentioned 101 times, please submit wired speed first

Correct. For wireless, it depends on your router, your pc/laptop, your adapter, how far away from your router and other interferences. This wireless speed not bad already. I'm getting this speed 2 walls away from my router.

Think this problem started before the weekend. It is a long standing issue which pops up every now and then. Mainly the US ips are affected, if you happen to have a server hosted on those range of ips then good luck. As usual they have refused to rectify it, and i have given up calling them about this. Starfug's latency to US servers are pretty bad as well.
