don't bother bringing in IDA. they take money from the telcos so that the telcos can do whatever they like and not be punished. most likely they will say that it's out of their control and must depend on the telco. it's always like this one. corrupted bunch of useless idiots.

your best bet is to stop paying the bill and demand for a prorated waiver of the bill for the long downtime. if it's me, i'd request for one full month of waiver + return of the dvg router for points. if they tell you this over the phone, make sure you request for them to send an email with all the details too. if not, they will just forget about it and say that there was no such thing agreed on.

just got call from them now able to direct connect from my router but got problem with the wifi .anyone here can help me?

i connect wireless 5GHz using AC router can get speed download 108.01 mbps upload 85.40 mbps. starhub give router

U using ASUS? i not sure. i sign up starhub 100 mbps fibre on comex sep 2013. I wait almost 1 month starhub come to my house installation fibre. I got black ont and dir 865L. So the speed wise so far so good.
why need to create 2 wireless SSID 2.4GHz and 5GHz? is it cos AC Dual band??
