Just temporary use the AC router StarHub is providing. If not get 2nd AC68U much cheaper.

You referring to the home hub1000? Think it only has free tv channels, local call and mobile data bundled with the 1Gbps, so doesn't matter if your line is with starhub or not.

But if you have the starhub mobile line, then you can get the hub club discount as stated in the homehub offer terms and condition:
