Doesn't seem to be correct right?? I am using RT-AC66U, direct LAN connection on SH 1000Mbps.... :s11:

Any setting need to be done???

1Gbps (Wired)
ISP Version: at least 750Mbps (both ways)
My Version: at least 900Mbps (both ways)

If i do not get my version, i will make noise.

My Ac68u + Intel 7260 + 5GHz + distance not that far off (line of sight).
500Mbps (both ways)

iPhone is not a good tool to perform benchmark.

Though i gotta say, my LG G3 is only capable of 150-200Mbps (both ways) with the same distance.

okay bro.... i tried using IE, direct ONT connection..... using SH speed test (they ask me test 3 times).... and I get.....

95Mbps..... yes never see wrong, not 950Mbps..... is 95Mbps.....

Already send them an email with screen grab per their instruction..... hope they don't sit on it.... else will call them every hour.... :D

true that. likely is starhub backend issue then. I believe your PC is reflecting 1Gbps connectivity between your NIC to ONT.

In that case, Starhub might be at fault.

Having a very bad experience with SH

can't resolve connection issues after i upgrade to their 1Gbp plan

downtime is now 60hrs and counting; SH even had to resort to activating temporary cable broadband connection so my family can access internet. the official explanation is there is a 'provisioning issue' between my modem and the backend....

very disappointed

/end rant

For me, few days after my feedback, they ask me to try the speed test again and of course same result and ask me to emil them the screen grab again... :s8:

Don't know what they doing back end but don't seem to be working....:s22:

Hope they don't keep on asking me to do speed test till my contract end in 2 years time...:D

Hi guys, anyone facing this issue of intermittent connection drops?

For web browsing I very routinely get this error, almost once every couple of minutes.

This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I only just switched to SH today from another provider, and am still using the same router, as such I am 99% positive it is not a router issue. Even went to reboot and restore the router to factory settings. But still facing same issue.

Anyone with the same experience and managed to solve this problem?

Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Primary) 8.8.4.4 (Secondary) and see whether things improves?

I'm on HomeHub 500 using the Apple Time Capsule and I usually get around 450mbps or more for downstream and upstream.
