tried to message Salina but got no reply yet... M1 6Gbps unavailable at my location... any suggestion for next best option if I need ONT?

SingTel keeps calling me to upgrade and still does not offer ONT option for anything above 1Gbps... They just don't record why I rejected upgrade each time. But this 1Gbps is now costing me $58 a month...

Edit: Salina replied saying no longer available

Thanks for the confirmation that Starhub 5Gbps offer at S$29.55 per month (with free HB710) is gone.

I will suggest you wait a bit -- M1 6Gbps should be available soon, worst case may be by the end of June 2025 or early July 2026.

But if you are inpatient, Starhub 3Gbps at S$29.55 per month with free HB410 is still not bad.

You can also look other ISP offers mentioned here to see if you want to take a look at the plans from other ISPs.

Does Starhub still have ipv6 problem now?

Any hidden charge for M1 and Starhub new sign in?

Starhub XGS-PON based plans --> IPv6 should be fine. No issues as of now -- I am using HB710 as the main router for the Starhub 5Gbps service, using Google/Cloudflare IPv4/IPv6 DNS.

No more good offers from Starhub as of now since the S$29.55 per month 5Gbps offer with HB710 is gone. Digital voice is not free but at S$2.14 per month. No other hidden fees now.

M1 6Gbps offer at S$34.90 per month with free Archer BE805 (or top up S$12 per month for Asus ZenWiFi BT10 two-pack) should be the best offer now if it is available in your area. It is with free digital voice. No other hidden fees now. M1 IPv6 seems to be always stable as per the reports in this forum.

So you only utilize 1 gbps?

yup previously i was on 500mbps and no issues

all my devices are on wifi

around 20+ connected devices including 6 google speakers, 3 TVs, 2 tablets 2 phones, 2 fans, 3 cameras, etc etc

In fact, before that i was on cable 100mbps and still ok

All these extra bandwidth is overkill and waste of $

i always subscribe to the cheapest plan

Having some issues with the 5gb plan now.

Does the HB710 have nat loop back? Been trying to access my NAS and devices on lan, but not able to.

Also is ipv6 down at the moment?

Just wondering why you need this NAT Loopback feature? If you want to access the NAS outside home, you may need to use Port Forwarding. If you want to access the NAS within home network, you also do not need this feature, just use the internal IP address of the NAS.

IPv6 is working fine for my Starhub 5Gbps service using HB710 as the main router.

I am using Aginet app to be able to remotely check the status the HB710 router. But I do not use NAS. I am also using Google/Cloudflare DNS (both IPv4 and IPv6).

Up time of the HB710 router is 53 days since the installation of Starhub 5Gbps service on 22 Feb 2025.

Just FYI,
I received my new Starhub Bill yesterday. Starhub charged me 10$ twice as one time charges for new DV line as well as old DV line. I spoke to a CSO on 1633 and was able to get both the 10$ waived off. Please check your first bill thoroughly while recontracting or taking a new broadband line with DV.

Same reason as Daniel_83

Actually for me 1gbps is more than enough

Most important router with good range so that I just need 1 device for whole unit (save electricity)
Absolutely agree my AX86U covers my whole 5 room flat from the hall corner (main door) 1,431 sqft no dead signal whatsoever.. getting my 5gpbs plan on May 2nd. planning to just use this router for now.

to be honest, AX86U range is good. I switched to a prosumer router (wo wifi capability) but guess what - i am still using my AX86U as an AP thru the 2.5gbe port. It is still serving me well after 3 years+, covering my 4-rm flat. Cant bear to part with it.

Sorry but that reply has nothing to do with your question. It is about IPv6.

No idea about what you are asking either. What do you mean by dedicated line or dedicated channel. What exactly do you want to achieve?

If you have an un-used 10G LAN port on your second HB710 router or an un-used 10G LAN port on your main router then it is possible.
