I tried stashaway in jan 2020 and it is making some profits, better than endowus where it is in the red.

The only bad thing about Stashaway, imo, is their Local portfolio. Too defensive. That's why I split my local holdings 50/50, half in Stashaway, half in Syfe's 100% REIT portfolio.

I split my overseas holdings 70/30 approximately. 70% into the 16% risk portfolio, 30% into the riskier 30% portfolio (both on Stashaway).

Equities rally while gold drop for my 30% portfolio. Gold is in red while other is all green. Outstanding gainer are emerging market and China Tech at 10% thou their weightage is not high..

Been doing some research on this robot investment, I got to say I’m quite impressed with how their systems works.

Just some backstory, I’m in my early 20s right now and I do not have any financial backgrounds, I will also be entering NS pretty soon.

But as of now, I have some spare cash about 1k lying around. Should I actually invest in stashaway at this kind of timing? Or should I wait for COVID-19 period to end?

unique to StashAway is the no minimum AUM, so take advantage by starting with Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) instead of 1k lump sum. especially since market might still be volatile in the short term.

e.g. instruct them to transfer 100-200 a month over 5-6 months then evaluate again

use referral code to get mgmt fee waived for first 6-months which will be good for you starting out. PM if you need a code.

just testing out for 6mths or so. if all good then incrementally put more per mth. got other commitments

Don’t wait, just DCA, time is on your side, don’t waste it.

Based on my experience they will take less than 1 working days to do the trade unless if it's weekend/PH, usually it's few hours but not sure about the cutoff time

Yea man, I also just topped up ytd. I had alr expected it would drop even further but didnt expect it would be pretty huge overnight. Now my portfolios are all in bolder red

If they receive ur funds after 12pm, next working night execute

One (stupid) question, using StashAway will never end up in debt right? Worst that can happen is losing money.
