Hi jorand,
even if you're training alone, you should be able to perform deadlifts. All it requires is you, a barbell, some plates, and a floor. If you're able to bench press, then I'm sure you have all 4 of those items! As for squats, you need a squat rack or power rack in order to do heavy squats, so if you don't have one I understand.

Google "deadlift". It's very easy. Basically the bar is on the floor, and u pick it up with your hands with your back straight, then put it back down. That's 1 rep. Rinse and repeat.

After months of no progress, I finally got a new modest PR increase in my squats. Hopefully more will come!

Yay. I've gone up a few PRs

Bench: 72.7 kg (160 lb) x 5 reps = 81.8 kg (180 lb) x 1 rep
Squat: 100 kg (220 lb) x 5 reps = 112.7 kg (248 lb) x 1 rep
Deadlift: 104.5 kg (230 lb) x 5 reps = 117.7 kg (259 lb) x 1 rep

Weight: 67.2 kg

hurray. 5 lb more till double plates for my squat. Deadlifts are going awesomely. Bench somewhat slow !!! anyone got tips to improve more on my bench??

Congrats. I wish I knew. My bench is the slowest to progress among all my lifts. Anyway, which gym do you work out at? They're using plates that are in lbs?

Another squat PR today. Up from 5x122.5kg to 5x125kg. The bad news is, I mysteriously gained about 1kg, so that actually decreased my strength to weight ratio. doh.

Read Power To The People By Pavel. Full description of the deadlift is in it, plus neurology principles for strength, safety, etc.

Body weight 63.5kg

deadlift 100kg X 8 reps . 1 rm is 124.

Squats , I did 1 rep of 105kg.

Finally bench press , no improvement at all . My chest still tat flat . I think I got bad genes. Some things tat is not supposed to grow will not grow huh ?

Got a new squat PR today. Could've gotten a new bench PR too but my damn spotter touched the bar on the 4th and 5th reps so I'm gonna void them and try again next week. Also put on weight again...

Another PR! This time on my deadlifts. FINALLY! After weeks and weeks of stagnancy, plagued with injuries and sicknesses. Feels good to finally be back on my way to 3 plates for reps :)

Another increase in my squat, but failed on the 5x105kg bench today. Damn, my squats are catching up with my deadlifts...that shouldn't happen!
