Oh small_boy, I'm sorry I thought those were 1RM numbers. In the future if you don't mind please use the calculator to calculate your 1RM :)

Anyway, I used to be on a standard 5x5 program...I DL once a week, but I've stopped temporarily to nurse an injury.

Damn your bench 4RM is 100kg but your 1RM is 120kg? That's crazy. I can bench about 5 reps of 100kg and I'm sure I can't do a single 120kg :p

can i update?

bodyweight is now 62kg.
squat is still the same at 100kg.
DL is 104kg, according to 95kg * 4 reps.
bench should be the same.

Wah, u suka suka increase 16kg in your deadlift ah? Good work man!
was waiting for client, so decided to try 1rep DL.

I tried 100kg, and i can go 3-4 reps.

heck, just try 120kg. :D
1 rep is ok. i think i can go 3 plates/side if i'm not wrong.

woot. i said i'm a bit crazy with numbers for now. i wish to go 120kg for squat.

hmm. planning to switch from 5x5 to Max-OT. will be dropping my weights a little to accomodate for at least 2 work sets instead of my one heavy last set for 5x5.

Well I switched from Max-OT to 5x5. Max-OT didn't really do much for me, besides it's more of a bodypart split rather than an upper/lower or full body split, which I feel are more effective. Hope it works for you though.

has anyone tried Doggcrapp training? looks pretty promising for increasing strength & mass...

feel like giving it a go after my lay-off this week having been on a modified HIT cum Hardgainer workout for the last 2.5yrs since returning to weights after a near decade long lay-off....

just ended week 2 of Max-OT and it's quite intense cause i am doing something like:

a - back, biceps, forearms
b - chest, shoulders, triceps
c - legs, calves, abs

week 1
mon - a
tue - b
wed - c
thu - rest
fri - a
week 2
mon - b
tue - c
wed - rest
thu - a
fri - b
week 3
mon - c
tue - rest
wed - a
thu - b
fri - c

I've progressed up to 70kg from 68.5kg even with cardio in between with gains in weights and visibly i can feel and see a diff.
