We need a support group that smacks us in the head when we try to go back to heavy deadlifting while injured. I tried 105kg last week and I think I set myself back again...

haha, oh relax. thats why i used the belt. haha, actually a support group is really a good idea. i get really tempted to weight train when im injured and had to use my will to suppress that urge.

All numbers are in kg. We're based in Singapore. We use the metric system. This is mentioned in the original post.

Its 20,000. I used to put "10,000" but discovered this mistake.

Use the 1RM calculator on the front page. Let me know when you have the numbers.

Just put whatever max you have man. I'll update it as you increase. It's not like you're gonna stick with the same weights forever :)

Someone mentioned I should add in here, so here goes, 1rep max calculated:
BW: 68kg (on a good day, dripping wet)
BP: 93kg
SQ: 85kg (front squat; I only do 20 rep sets for back squats w/70kg so no idea what 1rm is now)
DL: 105kg (w/pronate/normal grip, can't handle as much weight as I used to with alt grip, but it's slowly improving as my grip strength improves)
