Come on lar, Opt's gym IS for weaklings and the injured to train themselves up, nothing to paiseh. The only gorilla there is Opt, everyone else is either a chimpazee or orang utan. :s13:

Anyway opt, I forgot, I can't update your numbers coz those are incline, and I don't have a column for that. But let us know once you get a new dead/squat number :)

Can't wait for tomorrow hehe.

Chimps and orangutans are also very strong. One time at the zoo, the zookeeper said that a chimp can open a coconut with its barehands. Maybe we are more like monkeys.

Didn't you see that clip of that small orang utan in a tug of war with a sumo? It won without even trying. Monkeys are strong m*f*s :)

woo finally recovered from my back injury after like 7 mths plus,so can do my squats and DL back.

so anyway,here is what i have now for stats

bench press: now is lower=70 kg at 5 reps=79 kg 1RM

Squat ATG:70 kg 6 reps=81kg 1RM

Deadlift:55kg 6 reps=64kg 1RM

weight:67kg

First of all congrats for recovering from your back injury. I can understand how happy you must be!

Secondly, good job for maintaining your strength throughout these 7 mths, now to get the numbers even higher!

well yeah now to get the figure higher

so well today tried out heavier for my squats

80kg x 6 reps today =93kg 1rm.
