Well.Ima guy 16 and weigh 70kg and 174 cm tall.quite fat
i have been working out alot this few months where one session could so tense that i cant even do one pushup the next day.the soreness is very irritating.i could see results but i dont think thats enough.my main focus is to look slim and fit.so im trying to take another step by taking sumplements.which i read and researched about that it will get more results,ease off the soreness and also lose weight etc.i dont think im able to order online as im only a student.places to get and good price.my budge is around 50 bucks.any advise on what to choose from and the taking of the sumplements is much appreciated.thanks alot.and THANKS AGAIN!haha

FLat bench - 102kg x 2reps
incline bench - 80kg x 2-3reps
Standing shoulder press - 60kg x 5reps
deadlift - 102kg 2reps
back squat 102kg x 2-3reps
front squat - 80kg x 3reps bicep curl - 15lb x 1rep
what else?? sorry very slpy nw..juz agaration...
oh my bodyweight nw is 71kg.....ht 174cm...i m juz 1 skinny boy...
