Here are my stats, albeit late ones. :)

BW: 82.5kg

Main Lifts:

Bench - 110kg
Back Squat - 140kg
Deadlift - 160kg

Misc Lifts:

Military Press - 70kg
Front Squat - 130kg
Overhead Squat - 50kg
Power Clean - 70kg

Well.Ima guy 16 and weigh 70kg and 174 cm tall.quite fat
i have been working out alot this few months where one session could so tense that i cant even do one pushup the next day.the soreness is very irritating.i could see results but i dont think thats enough.my main focus is to look slim and fit.so im trying to take another step by taking sumplements.which i read and researched about that it will get more results,ease off the soreness and also lose weight etc.i dont think im able to order online as im only a student.places to get and good price.my budge is around 50 bucks.any advise on what to choose from and the taking of the sumplements is much appreciated.thanks alot.and THANKS AGAIN!haha

DL 210kg

my squats were done at about the same BW, +/-1.

FLat bench - 102kg x 2reps
incline bench - 80kg x 2-3reps
Standing shoulder press - 60kg x 5reps
deadlift - 102kg 2reps
back squat 102kg x 2-3reps
front squat - 80kg x 3reps
bicep curl - 15lb x 1rep
what else?? sorry very slpy nw..juz agaration...

oh my bodyweight nw is 71kg.....ht 174cm...i m juz 1 skinny boy...

must be because he lazy to change plate so just use the same bar do all :s13:
i think tts part of the reason why i dun improve...hahaha....but surprising its true..think i quite "Balanced" hor...mostly same weight

BW 81kg - 150kg back squats

tried for 160kg, but i think i did too many sets before that.

HOKAYYY... my turn, finally with something decent.

BW 83KG

Bench: 80kg
DL: 135kg
Squat:105kg ATG. couldve gone for more but knocked my strength out before that i guessed.

nice fr squats. i'll have to go back to heavy low rep work in 1-2 weeks...

I did 4 sets of 15kg(33lb) DB hammer curls today.

1RM should be 20-25kg.(44-55lb)

If I'm not wrong,this is the heaviest curl variant ever posted here right? Afterall,it seems that Team Biceps can only do 15lb curls...=:p
