Your 5 plater is double overhand?
On hindsight,it was a bad mistake to completely neglect regular DLs for the first 5 months of this year(thinking that farmers DLs would do the job,but no there was no carryover effect at all!)
I only started doing regular DLs again start of last month. Struggled with 3 plates the first time I went to DLs,but have been adding weight in increments of 5kg or on a great day,10kg.(well,I guess these are "beginner's gains")
Currently,I can do 185kg for 1 good rep using double overhand hook grip.Aiming for 200kg using the same grip.![]()
