BW 85kgs

Bench - 140kgs 1RM
Squat - 180kgs 8RM
Deadlift - 100kgs 1RM

Wah damn strong sia 180 kg for 8 rep and 140 kg bench press!

But your 1RM deadlift cant be only 100 kgs when u can squat 180kg for 8 reps! Either you type wrongly, your form is really bad, or you not willing to add more weight?

haha thanks for de compliment , i onli did deadlifts for fun din really set heart in it as im nt really interested in em , maybe i will try em out again one of tis days , been 2 yrs since i touched deadlifts

Have not updated my stats for a long time.

BW - 78 kgs
Deadlift - 120 kgs for 5 reps
squats - 110 kgs for 5 reps
bench - 95 kgs for 5 reps

mind posting pics? Would love to see wat a 98kg guy would look like, seein how yr 1 or 2 cm taller den me, and weigh in at more den 1.5 my weight of 64kg.
