OK I better update too, managed to get some good results just before flu a few weeks ago (sigh),

Deadlift now 105kgx6 reps, so 1rm=122kg
Backsquat is up to 80kgx20 reps, I don't know what the 1rm is, but 80kgx10reps=107kg (which makes sense, since I could back squat > 100KG before switching to front squats)

Getting close to a 1000lb total kacie...

Man my hip is FINALLY starting to feel less pain again. It's been a long long time since I didn't have to move like an old man in certain positions...the 1 week layoff really paid off...Look out world!

Ok ok, I better not jinx myself too much...

No, it's scheduled for December remember?

But my hip suddenly felt A LOT better since last Friday, so I'm gonna take it easy for maybe 2 weeks(light weights) before deciding if I'm ready to hit it hard again.

You might wanna take it easy. After I got my hip injury and had to lay off heavy squats and deads, I went after the upper body lifts with a vengeance. Then I screwed my right shoulder up. You don't want that to happen to you right? :)
