squat: 115

lol ive a weak upper body:/
nowadays ah, people suka suka can increase their lift 1. stronger than me compared to bw. i wanna rise up the table.!! :D

Well deadlift is hard to fake. You either get it up or you don't. Squats OTOH can be quarter squats. That's why I said specifically ATG, but I doubt many people read the whole original post anyway.

haha kevin dya know its me? i just saw you at bishan gym today lol. im backing off my lifts now though cos im taking the duathlon coming up in a month's time and im recovering from some strained fascia latas when i was doing band sprints and the stupid bands snapped):

ok man, this dude here is real.

Give me some time to hit 70kg. Maybe 10 years. :D

Deadlift - 75kg
Squat - 70kg
Bench - 40kg


Weak stats. But climbing up real soon. never tested a 1rm for bench.
