Alps quite safe hehe, next to it have tapestry selling 13xxpsf and the upcoming EC no 11xxpsf to 1200psf no talk. For alps, hard to loss money la though the location sucks.

When new launch is 30% more ex than brand new resale, that should be a clear red flag. Tapestry and Parc Botannia are examples. But yet many "rich" sinkies/foreigner still biting, including one who paid nearly $2k psf for tapestry?

TOP up $5k, Can get 1 bedder private lift One bedder at Avenue South...

The buyer must really really like Tapestry.

It don’t make sense, my colleague recently just bought a 2 bedder at tapestry for 850k. There are still a number of unsold 2 bedders there selling near this price.
Who in the right mind will buy 1 bedder tapestry at 850k for a sub sale? There must be some special reason behind that we don’t know. :D

Why inflate the price and pay more taxes? My guess is a foreigner who knows nothing about sg property and trusted the agent too much. Same applies to many other units and projects.

Curious, private lift means need use ur card to tap and can only press your floor? But in actual fact that all those in same block share that 1-2 lifts? Like MBS hotel?

Private lift is only for that stack and using card access system. You will share the lift with that same stack of users and don’t need to go to the common lobby to queue for lift etc

Wait watt?
Blk 21 and 25 are fully launched

That time my parents were allowed to choose any units from blk 23
Agent all those even explained that all stacks fully launched

Must be a way for the developer to attract buyers as by doing that they will have a higher take up rate, but truth is u can choose any balance unit you want

Go check the URA website. Updated as of Apr2020.

U can buy is one whether can complete is another.

No idea, anyway I trust ura more than agent. Agents are never reliable. They have vested interest

That’s a very likely possibility
