"Nearby is Stirling Residences, a 1,259-unit private condominium development on Stirling Road by a joint venture between Nanshan Group and Logan Property. Over the three days from June 19 to June 21, about 400 people showed up at the sales gallery and more than 10 units were sold."

"Total sales at Stirling Residences have crossed 1,000 units with more than 80% of the project taken up since the project was launched in July 2018."

wow that’s impressive figures 3 days 10units sold.

You see, obviously the 2018 CM had minimal effect on the sales.
Almost all mega projects launched in 2018 are selling fine based on current sales figure.
So, Property soul’s mao Shang wang durian analogy wrong again? :D

She's a bit extreme but I think it's also important to see how the resale market fare over the next 3-6 months (post-**). Hopefully it's really MSW and not some rotten jackfruit :s13::s13::s13:

New launch (especially own-stay RCR/OCR) will always have its supporters as long as it is affordably-priced. In today's low I/R environment, an $1.5m apartment should be attainable for the average $9k household income

Sinkies are happy spending almost everything on property. Property is still affordable as long as there is spare budget for daily spending.

If not for ah kong spending billions during this crisis, auction house will be full of mortgagee sales. One day auction will not be enough.

I guess that’s because Margaret ville is a smaller development or Interior finishing is better ?

Margaret Ville launched earlier, and also it’s a much smaller development with just abt 300units compared to SR’s 1259units

Those who supported her MSW analogy wholeheartedly has been waiting in vain over the past decade. :D
Pity those who genuinely wanted to buy a place for self stay.....

Plus Over the last decade and now, IR was all time Low.

Let’s use this ** as a stress test, if after 3-6mths (of post **) still can’t rock the price of housing or affect much on sales volume, I really cant think of any other worse off scenario that can really shaken the price of housing in future.

Was curious to see what will unfold in 3-6months time.

they need to calibrate their final score a bit better. i see all the categories such as price all score so high then only 73%

midtown bay 88% ?

Recently they did Jadescape it scored 75%! And The M scores the highest I think 95%?
