Since Queens peak TOP this year,
Resale at Commonwealth towers picks up especially for the Shoeboxes.

2020 > 15 units transacted in CT till date
2019 > 11 units transacted in CT for whole 2019

He ask me about penrose 1 bedder then I tell him don’t waste time, go for CT better since price is the same

Looks like there have been some bounced out units for Stirling recently - is it still worth buying at $19xx PSF? Haven't really followed this development, but recently was informed of units for a low floor 2b2b as well as high floor 2b1b going for about $1.3m.

Same understanding of end 2021 earliest. Did the construction progress proceed faster than formerly expected?

Looks like there have been some bounced out units for Stirling recently - is it still worth buying at $19xx PSF? Haven't really followed this development, but recently was informed of units for a low floor 2b2b as well as high floor 2b1b going for about $1.3m.

My understanding is that each project usually has a certain number of ICs (in-charge) who will be first to know of any news relating to the project. So if your agent is an IC or good friends with an IC, higher chance to hear about the bounced out units first.
