But even the previous buyer of this unit didnt see profit

depends on the premium also, like i shared some developers price $3k per floor for parc clementis, or $30K per floor for view at kismis. if difference is marginal i think most will take high floor premium...so now the tough part is putting a tag to the 'fair value'this means the board wisdom is proven true again on high floor good view premium units at launch usually doesn't fare so well compared to lower floors unit![]()

Very sadly, majority of the people, once purchased their first property and after getting theirs hopes up by showrooms and their agents believe that they know alot about property. But little do they know a big trough is coming.

While frens will normally seek my opinion before they buy, but the funny thing is despite some sound advice given to them against buying certain property at certain entry price (with facts and figure shown as evidence), some seems to have already make up their mind and continue to proceed. Rather than saying they are keen to seek other’s opinion, they just hope to get an assurance and blessing from others.Completely agree. Hi, I guess it is more of a buying for own home stay or buying wearing an investor's hat. Feeling matters most for home stay.
