this means the board wisdom is proven true again on high floor good view premium units at launch usually doesn't fare so well compared to lower floors unit

depends on the premium also, like i shared some developers price $3k per floor for parc clementis, or $30K per floor for view at kismis. if difference is marginal i think most will take high floor premium...so now the tough part is putting a tag to the 'fair value'

If everyone start to buy properties by looking at price instead of quality of life, that's a very sad sight to behold. Sincerely hope these people are hunting value purely for investment purpose only.

Completely agree. Those that buy with feelings do not need 2nd opinion as they believe that their decision is right. Why would they want to come to the forum and let us rub salt on their wounds.

Very sadly, majority of the people, once purchased their first property and after getting theirs hopes up by showrooms and their agents believe that they know alot about property. But little do they know a big trough is coming.

why even bother to discuss in forum what you like to stay in and whether you make money staying in your dream home?

While frens will normally seek my opinion before they buy, but the funny thing is despite some sound advice given to them against buying certain property at certain entry price (with facts and figure shown as evidence), some seems to have already make up their mind and continue to proceed. Rather than saying they are keen to seek other’s opinion, they just hope to get an assurance and blessing from others.

it’s the same like some new buyers here, most already bought what they want but come here just to get assurance from others of their purchase.

This one seems even better, 14 storey higher and only 60k more, door step to mrt.

Hi, I guess it is more of a buying for own home stay or buying wearing an investor's hat. Feeling matters most for home stay. You may be absolutely right, however, emotions tend to over write the numbers and facts.

At times, emotions cannot be explained with logic. Lol.

The situation may get even more complicated when one wants to have the best of the 2 words, i want my own stay property to be able to sell as a premium in the future.
