Deflation? Price decrease is proportion to size decrease so actually is no change

If size remain and price went down, that is deflation for you

Ern.... I didn't notice there is a size decrease in my chicken burger though compared to 10 years back.

300 mil is not enough to cover the losses temesek made. With olam going to catalist its going to be another selloff

Another thing that we don't know is if temesek has any investments in tianjin and if those assets are affected by the blast.

The China Yuan devaluation also affects temesek's investments in China. And the scary part is temesek being very heavily vested there

So instead of raising Min sum, this time they will print more money and raise gst at the same time. Use citizens to cover their debt, that's how.

As someone previously mentioned, its not wise to keep SGD for the near future. Even hedging in AUD will be a safer bet

Their things are cheap cos produce locally? If it is cheap why would apple outsource manufacturing to China and India? Want to talk also need to make sense leh

That chart only affirms that money is created from debt, sg one of the richest country in the world, same goes for debt level

That's why they have to use monetary policy to keep sgd strong and keep the inflation low.

Outsource to another country coz the wages in Singapore is getting too high and there is a high operating cost in Singapore.
Don't tell me you are going to self pwn again by saying why singapore wages too high? Why can't they keep the wages low?

You read your comment. USA firms outsource to China and India due to the same reason as singapore, wages too high and hard to get skilled engineers.

By the way, that chart doesn't really tell you what common people in that country live.
USA is a country with such a high debt, but their things are so cheap coz most of them are produced locally.

Back to the bread talk breads, you can buy those breads at neighborhood shops at sgd 1.30
Flour price has increased sharply across the whole world, not just singapore.

This is your comment, you are referring to US things are cheap cos produce locally, how is it cheap?
