Please compare apple to apple. Use macdonald prices in real value.

Ern..... Maybe you should share how to compare macdonald price in real value?

Basically I am trying to compare the price 10 years ago versus current price. If you wanna compare macdonald prices, it seems like stagnant/increas slightly in Singapore for the past 10 years.
Malaysia macdonald increased more though, but also not as much as 杂菜饭

Your savings in your CPF can see but cannot withdraw. Minimum sum increase to now $161,000 and $43,500 and will increase 10% every year by money printing. Better vote out all the PAP candidates this time.

Sorry your CPF is trapped macham kena lock up and trashed by PAPigs money printing and import of foreign trash to 6.9 millions after the election. Most of my cash now is in USD except my trapped CPF savings. I want it back.

Only HHH is fighting for you. Better support her for the RETURN OF OUR CPF in the forum and coming election rally. Too bad Workers Party support PAP con jobs on CPF Life and Medishield Life.

that is true.
If u really want to compare mcd prices over the years, not only has mcd prices in sinkieland stagnated, but it has actually deflated...ALOT!!!

one fillet o fish burger in 1982 was $2.20 ala carte
now one fillet o fish burger in 2015 is $2 ala carte

one McChicken burger in 1982 was $3.50 ala carte
now the same burger is $2.20 ala carte

One sundae in 1995 was $1.50
now after 20years in 2015 still $1.50.

MAS allow money supply to increase by S$300 billions from 2007 to 2014. But our foreign reserves hardly move up. If u divide foreign reserves by the money supply, every SGD is now backed by 50% less foreign reserves.

USD = SGD 1.75 by end of year
USD = SGD 2.00 by 2nd half of next year

Those with USD debts very jialat and going bankrupt.

Tell the PAPigs to take back the $300 billions money create out of thin air. Where the $300 billions create out of thin air go to? Better to have transparency, accountability and responsibility and audited by external auditors.

But hor, those companies under sg investment funds, value increases a lot, like local banks etc.

Normally if a country is in trouble/or faces future financial instability, there will be downgrade by rating firm. Perhaps the rating firms are biased as well. :) Hee Hee.

WP support PAP con jobs on CPF Life and Medishield Life. So, it could be a possibility.

Then why people keep saying vote pap out and vote worker party in? It contradicts. :(
I thought worker party refuse to form alliance with other opposition parties?
I am confused. But never mind. :)

Don't trust them and all the rating agency - it is historical. May be they throw in more money after the bad investment from the S$300 billions create out of thin air. They said portfolio up 10% in March, they pumping in more money just like every month collect pays and buy more stocks, u think your portfolio value rising but u put in more money. China stocks already drop 30% and some stocks drop more than half. Dow 30 stocks drop more than 10% but wnd liners 30%. Temasek Cheaspeake bot at usd $26 now left usd $7.27

Bro, don anyhow bash lah, you know very well in investment, there is loss and gain. Some goes up some goes down.
Well, what you pointed out also have points.
Temasek and gic fund size are so big that they can control the market and determine price, so what to do? :)

How many people know WP voted for the CPF Life and Medishield Life bills? Some people say WP stand for Wayang Party. People are sick of PAP rule after 50 years, they just want to kick out the PAP and replaced by WP. They want to vote for a change. Worker Party also can for now. Singapore voters are simple minded and don't know how to vote the candidates they want based on what they fighting for them. Not forgetting PAP internet brigade all over the social forums attacking those who against the PAP policies on CPF and import of foreigners.

real value explanation

There is something called the big mac index. It should be comparable for singapore and malaysia given that the "food aka big mac" should be the same in both countries and as an import. But i cant find the comparison for the past decade.

No such thing as investment for 20 years unless u buy into a growth company. Timing is important. Bull market only when US is printing money. Now US stop printing and going to increase rtes, big bubbles already bursting. Those holding to stocks, suffer huge paper loss. If U buy dick tom and hairy stocks, all go up the lorry after the pumping and dumping is over. U carry the bags of poo and many going bankrupt and delisted. Temasek and GIC always kena clobbered overseas. May be can control and maniuplate some SGX stocks like Olam from the money in CPF and money printing. How nice to get somebody money to buy high for me to get out!
