Actually, you can pick up Corsair Force Series GT 120GB from Newegg or Amazon for US$201, plus a few more bucks for shipping. You get a top-tier Sata3 SSD for about SGD250 compared to buying locally (which is around $378!)

No news on stocks and prices yet after the announcement in various websites. In fact SSDs might face a mini shortage of their own. A portion of global storage demand is being shifted to SSD since HDD are so hard to get

I would say Crucial M4 is , currently, the most well rounded SSD (stability, peformance, price).

If you need a SSD urgently, by all means, grab a M4.

Otherwise, let's wait for 520 and Octane.
