Yesterday, I bought Crucial M4 128GB SSD. Do you upgrade the lastest firmware 0009 before or after installing Windows 7 OS.?

Why are the ssd prices in the US dropping like hell ? Anybody care to offer an insight ?

I just bought from Amazon last week and it got the latest firmware... this is my 2nd SSD and i find the M4 better than my Agility 3(bought locally) which i had to update the firmware...

Guys,
going to HK for a holiday, looking to buy a SSD there. Should I get the Intel 520,180gb or Scandisk extreme 240gb? Both cost around the same price around HK$ 2300. Are the prices in HK okay?

Can someone advise me the type of SSD being used in HP Envy 14 Spectre. Thinking is getting another SSD to install into empty slot but not sure which one to get.

Anywhere original build-in is Samsung MZMPA128HMFU-000H1 with 128GB capacity.

that seems to be
Samsung PM800 128GB mSATA SSD, SATA 2

considering the samsung 830 ?
