Hi all,
I intend to get a 256GB SSD to replace my current aging laptop, hoping to give it a refresh life.
I hovering between Intel 530 or Samsung 840 EVO or Toshiba Q Series.
Looking forward to hear every recomendation/reason.
Thanks alot!
Anyone using Samsung evo with RAPID enabled? Any real world difference? It's uses ram as a disk for caching when transferring files? I got 16gigs of ram, so would it be beneficial? Or most people disabled it?
Icic. But since SSD is already so fast. I think that helps when transferring large files right? Haha if not, not much difference? Haha shall try using it enabled and disable. See I can feel the difference anot. Haha.RAPID is really beneficial, it really provides a remarkable 2 fold increase in speeds. On the contrary, most ppl have enabled the rapid function.
