Only other thing I do in addition to surf and YouTube is use Word PowerPoint and Excel. Reckon ipad pro or sp?

In short, it depends on HOW you use your PowerPoint and HOW you use your excel. Do you exclusively use them through OneDrive? If yes then the iPad Pro is a legitimate option.

Otherwise, you're left with the Surface.

There are 101 other considerations, but I feel that it ultimately boils down to your workflow and preferences.

Yep I need most Word functions like cross referencing, fields, and all sorts of others. Guess it's not in MS interest to make the iOS Office apps great as otherwise their hardware sales will suffer.

So my conclusion is wait til LTE SP out later.

Actually why not do tethering? Using LTE will also drain battery. Not sure whether can we charge surface pro using power bank?

If u use it for school work, likely need some referencing function. IPad surely won't work

Is it true that all 2A usb output can charge surface pro? Actually the key thing is the output cable rather than the powerbank. I believe 50W powerbank can also do so.

Can we use those 2A usb wall adapter to charge our surface pro?

It's not the USB port that charges the surface, u use the DC out port. They also provide the charging cable for surface. IIRC, M3 is not supported.

Anyone manage to get accessories for SP 5 ?

Did not manage to find online or maybe i have not been looking in the right places.

Looking for a leather or pvc protective sleeve, skins (preferbably not DIY), screen protector, etc.
