Hi guys, my surface pro i5 2017 don’t seem to shutdown completely. It’s not my daily machine so I will full charge it and keep aside. At least 4 times when I start the device, it can’t boot due to battery flat out to 0%. Is there any issue?

maybe don't close the type cover too soon?

returned mine due to the backlight bleeding for the 2017 model, really should have gotten the sp4 m3 @ $699, then get the new surface pro typecover from amz prime
