As Orinyori mentioned below too, it's how much you want or can put in. Realistically, if the course is intensive and heavy in theory, most working adults can't afford the time to study which makes getting the degree much harder. Since SUSS became an autonomous U, I believe the school is trying to beef up the integrity and strength of its certificates and I don't think people should see the school as a degree factory anymore.

But I believe not only HRM is heavy in theory but overall most of the courses are the same isn’t it ? Just asking =x

Are there lots of guys taking HRM ?

ya quite a lot. yes it will be tougher but still, there will be ppl able to graduate one so yea. just that probably the % becomes lower (probably still in the normal range).

I do believe everyone can open up book to study, whether understand or not is different thing (everyone brain different) so all this is subjective too. Some understand faster ,some take longer time. some can understand where he can analysis and answer at deep level while some can take very long to finally understand yet his answers is those basic/superficial level kind) .. I think hr students will know this the best since they confirm got study all this in some modules.haha

But if just talking about purely effort itself, yes ,the input need to be more now. suss>>>unisim>>>>>>>>>>>open uni.

Wah. I can relate Orinyori because I'm doing that too and also aiming for good grades. Study 6 hours everyday, i.e. read textbook, make notes. Damn shag. Expected to read (time-consuming), understand (no problem) and remember 600 page textbook (information overload) and apply in final Exam. Then still have TMA and GBA to do, and must do swee swee somemore. Time management is super important.

It's great to have someone resonate the same sentiments! All the best!! :)

Just wondering, will feedback be given for the submitted TMA and quizzes?

Depend on your tutor I guess. For psychology, so far from the...12 modules I've taken...I've only had 2 tutors who give minimal or brushing comments. The rest of the tutors actually give very good and detailed comments that are relevant to the exact spot where they put the comment. So they are very useful for future assignments.

I see...

is it very challenging?

It's not easy but it's not impossible either. You really just need to put in the effort and plan for sufficient time for the readings and the assignments. Of course, there are certain modules that are more challenging than others but personally, I feel that they are all interesting. At least I have been having fun taking them even though it's so hectic.
