I just went there this afternoon; it's almost like a ghost town. While there were more than 300+ shops, there were probably far less than 100 shoppers in the entire mall. Pretty sad state...

I only come here once every 6 months to service my car at hawk tyre below the mall. Nearby there's quite a number of nice eateries and cafes too.

I went in October by CW3S. There was nothing much there and it was pretty quiet. Only crowded place in Sutera mall was the Aeon Big, where many locals go to do their grocery shopping. I went on a weekday btw.

IMO I would rather go Bukit Indah Jusco or JB Sentral area

How long more is the journey via CW3S, after Bukit Indah?

I remember passing (I think) an Aeon Big while in a CW JPO bus from JB Sentral. Was curious about it back then, but not sure exactly where it was. Not sure if that's the Sutera one.

Probably about 20 mins after Bukit Indah. I don't recall but the bus will turn into the mall and stop at the drop off area.

Sutera Mall is in Skudai area, so I'm not sure if that's the one you saw?
