will recommend this swim school, friendly dolphin swim school. look for coach weixian, coach jiaqi and coach erin, they are all pretty good in teaching swimming of all levels.

Swimming is great! I injured my knee so I have to swim three times a week. Doesn’t feel as strenuous as gym whilst doing it - but afterwards I can feel the benefit.

There are many small group adult swimming classes. I attended one at Civil Service Club.
