Got any video show how the legs kick and hand swing correctly?I mean both are control correctly...

I believe the elbow flexion refers to the pull phase of the arm and the adduction refers to the push phase of the arm. Usually the leg kick finish off together during the push phase of the arm on the same side eg. Left hand finish off the push and left leg finish off the kick altogether.

Are you still running anymore of such classes?

The fee for this class is $60 for 4 lessons. Total immersion is about swimming smoothly and relaxing and the stroke that I am teaching is breast stroke and front crawl (Free style).
We can talk and discuss about the place and location if you are keen. Let me know again. Thanks and have a good weekend.

Hi, are you still running anymore of such classes? Thanks in advance!

Relax (Relax and losen up all your muscles) , Rythmn (Timing of arm stroke, kicking and breathing) and Reaching out (Arm reach out whenever your arm extend) ......the famous 3 R's.

Yay! Cut my freestyle timing to 34s for 50m, 15s for 25m; froggy timing to 21s for 25m. Think it was the stretching forward and better positioning of the head when breathing that did the trick.

But using hand paddles though :(. Without them will drop by few secs.

Dunno how to cut down to <30s liao though. Think I should aim for 2-3 days rest before attempting to break record again. 3 consecutive days of training is really tiring, timing dropped from mostly <40s on 1st day, to around 40s on 2nd day, to 42-43s on 3rd day.

I think he means he is uncle, and invite youngsters here for a friendly challenge to beat his timing.

Ah...That makes..sense..now, but..I have..to decline his..challenge..I cannot swim..for that long a period of...time.

Wah, typing that way was hard, his keyboard must be spoilt or something, surely nobody would choose to type that way unless forced to :s22:

In front crawl, the leg kick start when your arm was about to start the pulling phase on the same side. Eg... start of left leg kicking, start of left arm pull. I would prefer a 6 kicking cycle... 3 kick per arm stroke. You will realise the leg kicking and the arm stroke cycle have a linked with each other.

:) Have fun swimming.
