normal lah - all shd b in red b it reits or NOt
I agree. But my Greater China mutual fund/unit trust I bought in 2000 is still green color. It has dropped alot but officially still green. The long term investment horizon ppl talking about is 20 years? Hmmm

Hello! Noob investor here. Am keen to get some global exposure and i saw that Syfe now allows IWDA on their new platform. Anyone considering using Syfe to buy IWDA (As compared to Interactive Brokers, SCB, TD Ameritrade)? Asking as I alr hv Syfe account but not the rest of the brokerages. Thanks guys!
It's good if you want to invest small amounts (like $1) regularly to start off your investment journey. I personally DCA $1 daily into each of the UCITS automate ETFs available in Syfe (CSPX, IWDA, VWRA, EIMI). So about $120 per month in total. If you want lump sum or bigger amounts, probably brokerage like IBKR more cost efficient, but u have to execute each trade on your own. Some pple have a little mental block doing that due to the fluctuating prices ( I know I do).

Same question, since Syfe got 5 free trades per month, wonder if its cheaper to buy on it as compared to SCB??

I have yet to use the app, so another related queation: do they take a cut when you buy in SGD (like give you an unfavourable interest rate etc.)
