I put the soup overnight in fridge become hard jelly so it's real bone broth

I had that a few times in the past and i realized i could have spent on other hawker food that’s cheaper and tastier. I always feel extremely thirsty after eating their ramen, quite a bad experience.

Extremely thirsty = a lot of MSG.

Usually ramen in Japan cook the broth for more than 8 hours, rather than use MSG

Not all. Most will use condensed paste or powder. Like ichiran. You can tell by the taste, will lack the richness and thickness.

I only go Santouka or Marutama ramen only.

Unless go with others, and no choice to order ramen then bo bian.

The Ichikokudo also not that nice.

i find taste acceptable, maybe doesnt appeal to those had being on rich taste or msg.

moreover due to their way of creative humour advertising, they dint spend much & translate to saving to customers. (unlike MIW, all the media splash spending freely on coffer)

I just bought the e-tix at $3.50 for the Nia Shoyu Ramen. Will try it during non peak hours.
