To many C staff, programming is a numbers game, not about how good a programmer is but just how many seats they can fill. Thus going down the cheap offshore route to compete

I won’t exactly call Lazada tech sales… they are probably just finding n onboarding merchants only

real tech sales demand is very high one. Even limited xp u get very good OTE for SDRs
