i a 41 male non smoker.
as i'm a single with parents as my only dependants, i'm looking for a plan with term insurance which covers death and TPD of $500K for 15 years. i'm looking more into CI and early CI payout of $750K. please quote. thanks!

It depends on your income levels and the number of dependants you have as well. Assuming a breadwinner with 2 kids and a wife who hasn't been working for a long time, it is hard to assume that the wife will be able to find a job to support the current lifestyle of the family. So lifestyle is also one of the factors.

Anyway, for the Aviva term, you can just get 1mil for death. Tpd and CI can be less than that amount and you still get the discount on those 2

For a couple who is both working, one can continue to work even if the other is gone.. how much coverage is good? I'm thinking 300k is about enough..

It still depends on your income levels. If you are earning about 30k annual income, 300k is good enough. If you are earning 100k income, then 300k is somewhat little. Of course, depends on whether you got parents who rely on you for support or not. Kids as well.

I think is the more the better as long the premium per month is affordable

I am same age as you.. opted out of SAF insurance after I have ORD. This year, I managed to join back Aviva SAF Term and Living Care insurance even though I have MR. Their CI and early CI is not that high though..
