I am on TRT almost every quarterly and it costs about $400 per shot at the buttock.

A normal blood test will reveal your testosterone level.

Are you having low sex drive and view having sex is a chore rather than an enjoyment?
Shot or slow release pellet embedded in buttocks?

you never say your age and why you suspect testosterone is low?

is it because hard to maintain erection or to get one due to low libido? or there is a limit to your gains from gym?

i'm nearing 50.

i'm single so believe it or not, i'm really not so concern about sexual function but I'm constantly feeling fatigue, loss of muscle, poor mood and losing hair.

I do not think i'm sedentary (running about 180km per month) so it can't be lack of exercise causing it.

what about nutrition? are you eating sufficient fats and calories to sustain your workouts and recovery? enough protein to prevent muscle loss?

since you are fairly active, your nutrition must be on point

Those symptoms might not necessarily be due to lack of hormones. You should get a doctor to check first.

For hair, it could simply be due to genetics or even stress.

Muscle wise. How often do you exercise? Do you do resistance/strength training? Have you tried a high protein diet as well?

:(
