hi j4yp33, i m not surprised at the number of applicants for the ai track if you are referring to that. competition is fierce in tfip. no doubt about it.

in the 1st round (phone interview), hr told me they got about 85 applicants from ibf for the first round of interview.

for the 2nd round (virtual interview) this week, they got 20 applicants (out of the 85) for second interview. out of 20 applicants, they will select 6-8 candidates for their program.

likely they will wrap up their 2nd round interview (ai track) by this week. after that they will be busy with interviewing candidates for the 3 additional tracks opened up recently, all the way till end july/early aug then they will inform the successful candidates (from my understanding). that's mean we gotta wait and be patient. personally, i don't enjoy this long wait.

hopefully, they can be flexible and try to get more of us in if situation arises whenever they deem fit.

I should start looking elsewhere. I haven’t gotten any interviews yet. The chances is close to none.

Had phone interview with the FI - Head of Security.

Usual template questions plus a little bit of technical qstns.

Regarding the programme - They have 10 weeks plan for the Candidates to get exposure to different area then finalize the position based on where the candidate excel.

Regarding hiring process - He said, They had 60 applications, shortlisted 10 for phone interview. Based on the outcome, the selected candidates will have another round of interview with their technical team of 2 or more. Then finally select 3-4 candidates.

I directly 1st phone interview by 2 Cyber Security Risk Manager. Not Head of Security. They are nice I enjoy talking with them actually.

Actually I think luck play big part on this. i think most of us actually qualified but the position only these few.

My first phone interview was with the Director of CS Transaction banking unit.
Second with the the Head of CS.

2 phone interview with SC for cyber track. 2 diff teams. 2 diff positions. Waiting for their updates.

I was not told of such 10 weeks plan from the FI, seems that they have good initial planning. Good luck though for you. It seems that there are just too many FI and tracks available, so end up can only select 4 candidates.

i think his 4 candidates are only for cyber sec track alone ?

since SC taking 4 tracks, maybe 4 per each track.. so maybe they taking in 16 actually in total

No updates for OCBC CS track too.

When checked with IBF received standard reply - The FIs are still in the process of shortlisting and interviewing. If you are shortlisted for any interviews, I will definitely contact you.

No interview with OCBC. Only with SC so far.

Seems im not even shortlisted for any initial interview with OCBC at this point.

Just got an email that FWD will contact me to schedule for an interview under the CS track.

I also received an email to do the caliper assessment, anyone knows how to ace that ? Like certain traits or anything that they are looking out for?

I know there is no right or wrong answer but just trying my luck here.

I applied for CC, CS and AI. Didn't get any interview for AI.
I selected Citibank and UOB for CC. Got interviews from both but didn't receive any offer.
Selected AIA and OCBC for CS. Only got interview from OCBC and received the offer.

I had a phone interview yesterday morning by Citibank in CC Track.

Had a phone interview (for full stack) with DB today, and another one tomorrow. Was surprised, thought interviews would be after the 20th webinar

1 interview. Yesterday, I received another offer from UOB but its for CC. Now, I'm in dilemma of which track to go. CS or CC.
