I’ve put up the registration last week and they replied today that they need some time to sort out their backend since it’s a relatively new initiative and will Follow up in due time

The allowance is 1.5k/month. However the subsidy for the programme fees is generous. It’s only $500 for the whole programme.

). 1 yr prog starting 1st Sept. However, i am oso considering other courses at this point in time.

1st Sept is a gd date to start since by that time, tfip would come to a close.

There is one adv dip in python programming and data analytics from smu for sgunitedskills (

TFIP is coming to a close soon and no door is opened. Perhaps God knows that this door is not suitable for me.

Have accepted an offer in SGUS computer engineering course at SP while hunting for suitable roles.

Most impt is to think positive and know that there are many routes to success.

Hi Cyber-HeMan. First of all, CONGRATS on your offer given in SGUS Computer Engineering course @ SP.

Your positive attitude is highly commendable.

I had 3 rounds of interviews with 2 FIs but till this date I still receive no further news from them since then. As long as they don't send me an outright rejection email, I guess I'm still ok to harbour some hope.

Yesterday afternoon I received a call from yet another FI. They fixed a video interview appt with me on next week together with the Hiring Manager.

Although everything seemed so far fetch still. There remains hope as long as we don't give up on our part. Hope deferred does make a heart sick. So I can certainly understand why so many had tried to tary on yet lost hope subsequently. It's ok. It's not only the outcome that matters but the moulding & hardening process too. Just a little sharing from me. I sincerely hope for the best outcome for you. May your heart's most inner desire be fulfilled in the most miraculous way.

I have just applied for the CS track. I have only recently graduated from Murdoch University (Cybersecurity and forensic) in 2019 Nov.. with CompTIA Security+ certification and Associate of (ISC)² (For passing CISSP). Hopefully, things will work out.

Same here. I've just applied. Sadly I haven't done the Sec+ exam so I couldn't put it in the application. Seems like you've got a very good chance with your credentials though.

Thinking of applying for the CS track. I hold Security+ and am currently working towards CySA+, but have little programming knowledge . Wondering if I should apply, or brush up on some programming basics and try next year...

Apply first, you are never too ready. I knew of people that has almost zero programming experience 'cept their 20 years ago diploma studies that gotten into CS and CC track.

Gonna apply for CS and DA track too, just wondering if applications are processed on a rolling basis, given the 1+ month long application window.

While this new job is stable, as a software engineer I def will not get anywhere in this company but also afraid if after the program no job again -_-

this program is a yearly event, maybe try 2022?
