If only IBF/Digipen can directly inform whether candidate pass or fail assessment, then no need to think and speculate about it already

Well I got the email for assessment by UBS (data analytics).... guess talview didnt consider i was cheating after all

I contacted TFIP about my result already.

And they clarified with me that the assessment only cheating they considered is ask someone to do the test for you.

So any other methods can be utilised. Including Google for answers.

I shall try next year again then. Cause most answers can be found online.

So they told u whether u pass or fail?

also, how come FI email people to do the test? I thought u choose the FI already then they get back to u? Seems like once u pass, all FI will contact u like that

This year all FI will shortlist from applicant pool.

The procedure is once you passed the technical online assessment. Your CV will be send to all FIs. The interested FIs will contact you for interview/cultural assessment. After that, you get the opportunities to chose under which FI you wanna work under with.


I can only blamed myself for following my own moral conduct not to Google for anything.

I think we are talking about the same thing haha. U are right above.

IIRC, it used to be candidates choose 3 FI, the FIs will test and if shortlisted, interview them.
FIs that are not top choice for candidates complain they get 'leftover' candidates who didn't make the cut for the more popular FIs..

This time round is FI choose candidates for assessment/interviews. More fair for the FIs I suppose. But more work too. Hence the delays etc.

So did IBF tell u pass/fail? Cos it can be u passed just that UBS nvr shortlists u. There could be other FIs later
