The Almighty Z5!

I'm kinda at a loss. the Z5 feels damn good naked (with the exception of the "sharp" edge) I love the feel of the metal and Matt glass but that edge and fear of dropping gas it makes me feel like I should get a case...

We can't help with such feelings and fears. Personally, I will get a transparent case, for peace of mind.

I agree phone looks best when naked.. But no matter how careful u are, sure wil drop on floor..

I didnt use case for t2u... But frequent placing on the table creates lots of scratches on the glossy black... The trade in value wil b extremely low as the shop owner wil say your phone got alot scratches blah blah blah... But sony phone tradein value is low anyway...

For z5 matt back, less prone to scratches.. So i think stil ok without case..

Furthermore i find the green extremely beautiful.. Putting a case (even transparent type) kind of rubberised the look n removes its class.

just got the ultra hybrid. it's perfect for when I'm using the phone at work (construction industry) but when I go out, I usually have the phone naked.

the only question is... should I get a glass screen protector for the back or get a skin from dbrand. can't find shops selling the back TG and the one on qoo10 is oos. anyone knows where else I could find a shop selling the back TG?

Jimmy (mobilelite) should have TG for both front and back.

I find the back of the z5 damn slippery to use naked. ended up going to jimmy (mobilelite) to get the back TG and now I'm rocking the phone naked.

it just feels better naked.

After using the phone for awhile these are my little review.

The vibration motor is way better than the z2. It is able to provide a better haptic feedback

The volume seems a little soft on the maximum and I can't really hear my calls coming in.

I really like the finger print log in, it's convenient and fast.

For some reason, the display seems to be a little wash out but I'm still happy about the clarity.

As usual Sony UI is certainly no frills but it is fast and stable. One of the best lollipop I've use

Nothing much I can complain about the phone, it's totally worth it in my opinion.

Singtel don't carry the white model. Strange though. I brought the black instead though white is my first choice. The back of white model looks silver

After approx 2 weeks of using z5, the battery seems to have seasoned. Based on mild use of whatsapp & fb, it dropped abt 6% in 1hr 30mins. Alot better than when I first use it
