the smart ones who are more lucky will be the ones making the bank.


smart people can manage risk, but they cannot create the luck of a president making a tweet moving a trade in ur favour or....

2 smart investors buying into different companies which they think are undervalued...
but ..the lucky one got a big push from undervalue to overvalued because the management did something to create the catalyst for the turnaround.


2 smart investors buy into 2 different areas which they believed are possible location of MRT stations, but luck has it ..the govt decided only 1 of them gets the windfall.


If u talk abt knowing more.. then it's called insider information or being connected, not about being smart.

Potentially... however, a nicer head and shoulders should have the right shoulder lower than the left. Typically patterns such as head and shoulders and double or triple tops are as a result of distribution happening. And no one can really tell that for sure until a breakout has happened.

I would always choose the latter.

You can't rely on luck in the longer term.

Luck is so random. Yes you can be lucky to win a Toto once. Can this person win another Toto? I doubt.

Read Trumps tweets, he says Mexicos tariffs are going a lot higher. This is going to be very bad. Markets are still priced very optimistically thinking 5% tariffs on Mexico will make them have some fake deal with them to stop immigrants from coming in. But this Trump tweet indicates he is really gunning for more. Fasten your seat belts guys, I think we will have a very deep dive in the next 2 months.
