Congrats on hitting 600 k, I am still at the 15 k mark!

I mean melt-up in 1H2019, 6-month rally :s12:

My Suntec and CMT holdings are already double-baggers :)
MNACT & FCT will join them next year.

How to decide hold or sell aft the rally?

Simple, keep monitoring their operational & capital management performance.
If these metrics worsen in 1 quarter, you need to sit up and take note of the reasons behind it. If the performance drops over 2-3 quarters, need to consider reducing positions or divest.

He is waiting for someone to quote his post and say that he is very rich, and he will reply that he is heavily in debt. Then mummy1234 come into the thread and they will start talking about how many houses they own.

No leh. It's a real question. :s12: the only 70/30 or 80/20 I know remotely is like bonds/stocks split.

But seems like it doesn't fit this context.

Properties are good for everyone. The more they have, the richer they are.

I asked about the 30/70 as this is the benchmark used for RSI indicator for overbought/oversold level but it may not be accurate. I'm curious to what extend mikedirnt78 uses as a buy/sell level too.

You wasn't clear earlier.

I didn't know you were referring to RSI.

I thought it's a bonds/stocks allocation ratio.

I see. I was referring to the number that indicates greed/fear.
