Actually based on my understanding the 3bedroom premium facing pools are all afected by the rubbish chute. And it's abt 12-15cm next to main door. At least that's what the agent told me.

which premium 3 bedder stack that facing pool will get affected by the chute cos it sound just like my unit!!! I meant 12-15cm next to the main door like just smack right outside your main door? means everybody will come visit you at the doorstep to dump rubbish?Anyway remember to ring my doorbell and say hi when you happens to dump some bbish if its true

We took cool. No real preference between the two.

Cool flooring looks like marble but worry it gets dirty easily that's y we chose darker flooring.

Level 08 really hot. My stack #08 also gone on first day.

Not really , we consider the layout as our pior comparing with other EC and also like the quietness in that area. Just happen that stack 28 is the layout we wanted and facing pool and also not much ppls getting our stacks so we are able to choose lvl 8 . Huat Arh!

Dun think lift is outside stack 17. Lift/Chute either between Stack 17/20 or 18/19?

Lifts are outside stack 17. the lift doors are facing stack 19. I have the blk plan but I don't know how to upload pic

Ok, i can imagine where is it. Not really outside my door, since my door is besides stack 18. So the lift is actually besides stack 20's main door? In this case, then the chute will be in between stack 18 and 19.

The chute is beside the lift.. that is, lifts and chute doors all have the same facing.. must walk past the chute to get to stacks 17 n 18. Stack 18 is facing the side of the chute. I am not good at describing floor plan..not my forte..
