I thought Kelvinangsw bought an unit in Brownstone, which is also by CDL?

Anyway, I agree that Signature looks nice. But so does Criterion.

Each has its own beauty.

One thing I don't like Signature is that I feel the units are quite close to each other just by looking at the photos. I don't feel comfortable for being so cramp.... sorry to Signature owners if you are reading this.

Between the two, Criterion is the better choice for me except that I don't like the shape of the pool. I would have got the 5-bedder as it fits my needs. However, location is still very important which determined my final choice so neither got the final vote.

Hi all,

Stack 29 level 10 or stack 18 level 13. once is C1 and the later B10. any comments on this?

Someone returned #10-29?

Stack 29 better view than stack 18.
Rubbish chute a bit near to both stacks.
I would chose stack 29 for the unblock view.

To each his own. We are not liverpool man utd hahaha.

I like Criterion's spacing of blocks, doesn't appear as one big piece of block. Interior wise, most of it is coming as white walls, so doesn't really matter to me.

To add on,I dun like how Signature split their pools in between different stacks. Prefer Criterion design where the pools are in the centre. Also air on ledge for Signature is huge as compared to The Criterion. Dun like to have blocks facing each other in Signature, total lack of privacy.

2. Bedroom not parquet floor. Low cost laminated flooring.

4. I like C1 layout because the Long shape dining at the back of living is good for guys who want to build home theatre in the living space but Wife prefer kitchen have transparent glass to look after children.

5. Toilet. WT.. I hope this is not the final one, the toilet bowl is so near the water sink. Big size fellow will be curse and swear when sit on it.

6. Many Layout avoid west sun which is gd.

7. The design to cover up power room not as nice as signature but don't look bad.

8. The pipe under kitchen tap, why on earth they like to route down the pipe towards back. If you change to pull down tap of kitchen tap will always the weight below keep hit the pipe when pull.

9. Bustop near to criterion than signature.

10. Unit towards reservoir is too noisy due to near road side which I will rather no view if I need to always close my windows.

11. Not much land to walk compare to signature, center part mostly take up by swimming pool. Have children really need to beware.

12. Bike facility for charging is good. Hope have a good place to lock the bike too.

Just my personal opinion. Will still consider the unit. :)

I think the bike service is abit redundant now with O bike and Mo bike all over the place....
