Any idea where is the in future bus stop?

There's 1 bus stop in Yishun Ave 1. Very near to 1 of the gates. Bus 805 and 117 stop at this bus stop.

From the front gate, walk-through blk 50x BTO, there is a bus stop with 860.

No Problem.

Bus 117 travels from Ponggul to Sembawang, and will stop at Khatib and Yishun MRT Stations and vice versa.

If wanting to go to Chong Pang area or Woodlands area, you can take bus 969 or 858 in the same bus stop.

I'm not sure of this as I'm not living here now. But I believe so, as there are new BTO, old estates and Orchid Condominium.

how long to walk from crierion to wisteria?

Saw their website was about 100 retail shops.
Should be quiet near while you cut through the hdb.

Kopitiam and ntuc are main anchor, taking up close to 40% of the retail space

So it's a "small shopping mall"

I would estimate around 5 - 7 min walking distance

good thing about facing reservoir is so windy. don't need aircon anymore.

By the way. I remember reading from the brochure that at the basement, there are allocation give for locking bicycle as well

Pool view is permanent. Facing Yishun ave 1, the view is not permanent and dusty too due to the road...

The Criterion stack 1? I thought the entire stack has been sold out. No?
