Did the price increased for Criterion?
Heard from agent that it sold quiet a lot unit last weekend.

Think now all going into panic buying after seeing the response of hundred palms.
It could be either those that could not secure a unit at hundred palms or fear of not getting a unit due to lesser EC launch in the coming years.

I think it might be due to one or two possibilities:

1. Due to Hundred Palm effect.

2. Some buyers wanted to buy the units, but due to some reasons (e.g. MOP not met, not yet 35 years, or....), they can only purchase now.

3. Have considered some EC, and decide to get a Criterion unit at the end of the day.

After 100 Palms, the most "Centralized" ECs for now are those in Yishun, the rest are further North/West.

I saw the map of the location of Hougang MRT Station and Hundred Palm....

They aren't near to each other at all.

In fact, I would think that Criterion is nearer to Khatib MRT.

Actually if I have to shortlist between the 2 now, I will take Signature. Already TOP and wait one month can collect key.

I think the bike service is abit redundant now with O bike and Mo bike all over the place....

Most important I feel is there's bike parking allocated at basement Carpark. Other ECs I go to, all the bikes parked til so messy bcoz no proper designated parking.

We can see from hundred palm that there are many 2nd timers who desired to upgrade as by early morning around 9am, the 2nd timers quota already hit... Thus, I guess these 2nd timers are holding back to try to get this only centralized EC. Once this hope is dashed, they no choice have to look for other ECs le as there will be no more EC at centralized location le... So once this effect is gone, I think other ECs will be quickly snapped up as there will be very few ECs for these 2 years but many pented up demand by the 2nd time upgraders.

Dun say like that. You are already lucky cause u enter the market 1 year ago and got yr choice unit layout. People who come in now have to pay higher with limited units to choose from.

Unfortunately no, the nearest I think is next to the mega child care at Blk 414 Yishun Ave 11.. There is an NTUC in Orchid Country Club which is walkable but still require a car to ferry back the grocery..

There is a convenience store and bakery at Acacia Breeze (across the street)... If you are talking about NTUC... Yup... upcoming NTUC Finest at Westria... and another NTUC at Orchid Country Club...

If you take bus 860, 2 bus stop away will be Khatib area. There are 5 coffee shops, 1 wet market, NTUC, Sheng Siong, CK department store, and 1 MacDonald.
