Why I chose Criterion, actually very simple reasons.
1) CDL is the developer
2) Near my parents place
3) Like the layout

Recently got to know my fellow neighbors better.
Learn a lot from each other's.
Can't wait to meet up in person next time.

For me it's the following few points
1. Signature left 1 unit for 4 bedroom. It's on the 2nd floor facing the road, which we are not so inclined

2. CDL is more reputable overall

3. Criterion has a smaller aircon ledge compared to signature

4. There is a junior suite

So many helpful people I was looking at other projects before I chance upon Criterion. Left with 2 units at lower floor for its 5 bedrooms. Went last weekend and never expect hubby to say okay. So kind of excited now and it seems that this project will TOP earlier than expected?

High flr had the view, quiet area facing signature, but west sun on the master bedroom wall depend the time and the sun location. Overall not bad i think.

Those who seek feng shui advice would have avoided thaose units that's bad for them.

I chose based on my personal preference (size, layout, price), not superstitious lor.

Don't get the unit based on country club view. Government didn't renew the lease. So it will move out by 2030

I was told that the place would not have any tall building. Most is until four level cos of the ground and reservoir.
