So many helpful people :) I was looking at other projects before I chance upon Criterion. Left with 2 units at lower floor for its 5 bedrooms. Went last weekend and never expect hubby to say okay. So kind of excited now and it seems that this project will TOP earlier than expected?

Hmm...must wait for their official update in sept to see if they will push fwd current estimate of Q1 2018. All of us are monitoring this date closely :D

I would think low rise pte property too :s11: since so near to the reservoir. Must not be so selfish to block others' view
I think it's more of the soil condition and being so near to reservoir, Cannot withstand the weigh of too tall a building. Correct me if I'm wrong as I think I heard someone mention this.

I think my agent had mentioned that the buildings would be approximately 5 storey height.

In Yishun, the buildings can't be too high as compared to SK or Punggol.

I can't wait for this day to arrive. Hopefully more units can be taken by then.

my momagent also mentioned about the nearby airport, that is why the building can't be more than 5 floor

Actually the most important thing is to like the unit before buying it.

For the west sun problem, it is quite simple to solve. You can apply or install the sun control window film to block the sun ray / heat from "entering" the house.

Are you a Criterion owner as well?

If yes, when the TOP date is nearer, perhaps we can ask the supplier whether it is possible to give us better discount for group buy for all Criterion owners.

Yes I already bought a unit there. A group buy sounds good!

Have you joined the Criterion facebook?

We have discussion on several group buys over there.

But take note that you need to proof that you are a Criterion unit owner before you can join the group

Meaning you can't open the windows lol
Therefore you need to on aircon... that's why cooling 😏

But I think the main reason why it's hot is coz of the walls
It absorbs and traps the afternoon sun's heat

Hello all, was interested in getting the patio unit but was taken up liao. Really like the MBR layout with big enough walk in wardrobe.
