Above projects no card to access lift? Like that anybody can access to your blocks & unit!
Buyers better check before buy such development. Imagine many hdb dwellers walk in from side gate, access to blocks & ........

Inside the lift, need card to go up to the units.

It’s nice. Just that outside is kids playground and bbq area

Not sure whether it will be noisy

not many choices in Criterion left. That's the one left matched our conditions. Just concern about the noise level. Is it very bad?
