as far as i know, no price drop at all from launch price.
Criterion's prices juz went up recently wor. where got drop sia.....

as far as i know, no price drop at all from launch price.

Thats what i thought so...
But when i look at Criterion Official Website..
It mention "get direct deveolper price and no need to pay any commission"
Does this means that the offered price will be cheaper from the list price minus off the commission price playable to the agents if we engage the developer sales directly???
Or it will be more expensive if we engage non official agent? But shld not b the case since in the past commission is transparent to buyer....
As of today, 67 out of 505 units sold. So about 13% sold. Quite slow hor, maybe this is how EC sales work.
From URA website, in Dec 2015 a small discount of $200+ was given for some units sold. Maybe Xmas promotion since not all units sold in Dec 15 got this discount?
It’s beside the entrance door of stack 12
Lift is between stack 9 and 12
Stairs is between stack 10 and 11
Thanks! Saw the floor plan..

hi. can i ask a question? Keen in 3BR at $644k. First time buyer. not fussy about which unit.
If combined income $7k per month, advisable to get?
Roughly how much loan repayment per month in CPF and cash? thank you.
Currently lowest priced unit is 720k.
You cannot buy based on tdsr unless you pay 300k in cash upfront.
